Erik Anders Pears (born June 25, 1982 in Price, Utah) is an American football offensive tackle for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League. He was signed by the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent in 2005. He played college football at Colorado State.

Early years
Pears attended John Fitzgerald Kennedy High School in Denver, Colorado and was a letterman in football, wrestling, and track&field. In football, he was a two-time All-State selection. In wrestling, he was a three time League titlist. Erik Pears is now married with one son and lives outside of Denver.
