A savings and match program created to assist low income residents become self-sufficient. Funds can be used to purchase a home, start up a business, or to pay for higher education for self/child. By saving at least $40 per month, the account will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $2,000 maximum match for a savings period of 6 to 12 months. There is a $40 non-refundable enrollment fee to participate in the program, and $50 closing fee upon graduation from the program.
