                                                        Dr. chris kuehl, Managing Director, armada corporate Intelligence – Dr. Kuehl is the
                                                        co–founder (with Keith Prather) of Armada. After a career as a professor of international
                                                        economics, teaching in the US, Estonia, Russia, Hungary, Taiwan and Singapore, Dr. Kuehl
                                                        decided to form a company that would provide clients with the information and intelligence
                                                        they need to advance their goals. He is the editor for the Business Intelligence Briefs and
                                                        serves as Chief Economist for the Fabricators and Manufacturers Association and the National
                                                        Association for Credit Management. He is a frequent commentator in the media – TV, radio

                                                        Scott coons, President & cEO, Perceptive Software – Mr. Coons joined Perceptive Software
                                                        in 1995 and has piloted the company to a substantial and sustained period of growth. Early
                                                        on, he refocused the company’s market strategy, and under his guidance, Perceptive Software
                                                        has become a leading developer of enterprise document management, imaging and workflow
                                                        software. An engineer with customer focus, Mr. Coons also established a long-term vision for
                                                        the company’s flagship product, ImageNow. His role today includes contributions in strategic
                                                        guidance, tactical implementation, executive team leadership and architecture/design leadership
                                                        for the product’s technical evolution.

                                                        Danny O’Neill, President & Owner, The Roasterie, Inc. – Mr. O’Neill is the Bean Baron at The
                                                        Roasterie—a specialty coffee-roasting company that services espresso bars, coffeehouses, fine
                                                        restaurants, high-end grocers, offices and retail accounts. Mr. O’Neill started The Roasterie in
                                                        the basement of his Brookside home in November 1993. Since The Roasterie’s inception, Mr.
                                                        O’Neill has become a sought-after expert in the ever-growing coffee industry. He has judged
                                                        cupping and barista competitions all around the world since 1995. In April 2001, he was awarded
