Acquires Remaining Shares in ANASPEC (Pty) Ltd Subsidiary of Carl Zeiss, a globally leading international group of companies in the optical and optoelectronic industry, enhances service delivery in South Africa. Carl Zeiss (Pty) Ltd. has agreed to acquire the remaining shareholding in ANASPEC (Pty) Ltd as part of Carl Zeiss’ continuing investments into customer support and service delivery. The business, with offices in South Africa and Australia, is to be known as ANASPEC, a Division of Carl Zeiss and will continue to provide technical service and support to a global customer base of electron microscope systems manufactured by Carl Zeiss’s Nano Technology Systems Division.
