SONNY LUBICK JOINS PUBLIC SERVICE CREDIT UNION TEAM

DENVER (April 14, 2008) – The legendary former Colorado State University football coach,
Sonny Lubick, has joined the Public Service Credit Union (PSCU) team as Vice President of
Community Outreach and Public Relations. The popular, championship-winning coach will bring
his talent and background to the credit union to help develop relationships and membership in
Larimer County.

“I am excited to join this enthusiastic and dedicated group of people. They are truly interested in
our local area, and I want to do what I can to help them get to know what a great place Fort Collins
and the surrounding community is to live and work.”

Lubick will work out of the credit union’s building on Research Boulevard, but is expected to spend
time in all of its six branches. PSCU has four branches in Fort Collins, one in Windsor, and one in
Loveland.

According to David Maus, PSCU President and CEO, Lubick’s knack for recognizing and
developing local Colorado strength makes him a wonderful partner for the credit union. “We will
be working very hard to meet the financial service needs of the people of northern Colorado. Plans
are also in place to assist with many of the social and community efforts in your communities, and
we believe Sonny will be of great help and counsel in both areas.”

Coach Lubick and his wife, Carol Jo, have had good experiences as credit union members. “When I
first began my teaching career, I got my first car loan from the teachers’ credit union. That was
pretty important back then. Credit unions made an even greater impact on our lives when our entire
Florida home was destroyed by Hurricane Andrew in 1992. We had nothing left, and the credit
union gave us $10,000 to help us get back on our feet. It was a life-saver when we didn’t know
where else to turn,” Lubick said.
