Lucia by her petition filed in the High Court of Justice on the 13th day of February, 2009 claims to have acquired

title by 30 years prescription to the property described in the Schedule hereto and has applied to the Court for a

declaration of title.



All persons claiming an interest in the said property are hereby required to enter an appearance in the Registry,

in person or by solicitor, within two months from the date of the last publication of this summons which is being
