          H-1B NONIMMIGRANT WORKER - LABOR CONDITIONS APPLICATION



Notice is hereby being posted, to inform all concerned U.S. Employees, that a Labor Conditions
Application for an H-1B Nonimmigrant, is being filed with the United States Department of
Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA) Section of the United States
Employment Service, for the employment of a nonimmigrant alien worker, in the occupational
classification, under the terms and conditions as stated below:

Brief Description of Contents of “LABOR CONDITIONS APPLICATION”

Employment of One H-1B Nonimmigrant Professional, is being sought to fill the position of
Medical Resident – PGY 4 & PGY 3 in the field of Medicine at an annual salary of $47,258/45,620
for the period 06/21/2009 to 06/30/2011 sponsored by the Department of Internal Medicine,
Division of Rheumatology, The University of Texas Medical Branch, in Galveston, Texas-
77555-1165.

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the Labor Conditions Application
and/or failure to comply with the terms of the Labor Conditions Application, maybe filed with
any office of the Wage and Hour Division, of the United States Department of Labor.

The original Labor Conditions Application is available for public inspection at the Office of
International Affairs, The University of Texas Medical Branch, Bethel Hall, Room 1.112, 301
University Blvd., Galveston, Texas 77555-0827.
