Papers will only be accepted in electronic form (MS Word) at iwaconference@sibico.com. The paper must not exceed 8 pages for oral presentation and 4 pages for poster presentation. Abstracts must not exceed 2 pages with tables and illustrations. They should contain advanced knowledge and achievements on conference topics. All submissions must be original and should not have been previously accepted for publication in a journal, presented in another conference or be under review at another conference. Please note that for each selected paper it is mandatory for at least one author to register for the conference to make a presentation. The format of the paper has to follow IWA guidelines which will be available at: www.iwaconference.ru. Details for paper submission will also be available at the conference web site:. Please check the receipt of your submission by the Conference Secretariat. Please be sure that your papers contain the following institutions: • Authors' names, last names, positions and companies they work in • Conference stream (section and topic) • Name of the paper • 3 6 key words (for identification) • E mail, postal address, phone and fax number Participants Specialists from research, design and academic organizations utilities, enterprises of water sewage facilities, technology designers and equipment manufacturers. Conference languages: English and Russian will be the official languages of the conference. All sessions of the conference will be provided with simultaneous translation. Deadline for submitting abstracts before 1 December 2009. The Programme Committee will review and identify papers for presentation out of received abstracts. At the conference the authors will be able to present their papers either in oral or in poster form. The Programme Committee will define the type of presentation and the authors will be notified about it before 28 February 2010. Authors of oral presentations have to send full texts, which must not exceed 8 pages, until 25 March 2010. All accepted papers will be under consideration to be published either in Water Science & Technology or in Water Practice & Technology. Collection of conference papers will consist of full texts (for oral presentations) and abstracts (for poster presentations) and will be published in registered electronic version (CD ROM). Full texts and abstracts of participants from Russia, CIS and Baltic Region will be published in two languages; foreign participants' texts and abstracts will be published in English only. (hereinafter referred to as “SIBICO or “Secretariat”) and Company/Institution/Agency (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) on preparation and participation of Company’s representative (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”) in IWA Regional Conference (hereinafter referred to as “Event”). The present Contract is drawn in a form of public offer. 4.2. Name of the Participant for whom the payment is made should be specified in payment order. In case of payment for several Participants by one payment order their names should be specified in payment order. 4.3. Full payment for participation should be done prior to the Event, otherwise the Participant cannot be registered. 2. CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION Cancellations received in writing before 1 May 2010 are 50% less the bank charges refundable. No refunds can be done after 1 May 2010. 6. MISCELLANEOUS 6.1. By signing the present Contract the Parties accept its conditions, rules, regulations and prices, stated in the present Contract. 6.2. Terms of the present Contract can be modified or supplemented by mutual agreement of the Parties. The modifications and supplements for the present Contract are drawn up by signing the additional agreements. 6.3. The last day of the Event is the date of the performance of service. The Company should sign the services acceptance certificate or send a well grounded refusal within 30 days after receiving by the Participant the copy of the certificate or within 30 days after sending it by mail to the Company. The service is considered accepted by the Company in case of non return of the said certificate or non sending a written refusal to sign the services acceptance certificate within this period. 6.4. The present Registration form should be submitted to SIBICO prior to the Event. 6.5. Any litigation that may arise during the fulfillment of the present Contract and that cannot be settled by the Parties’ consent will be settled by arbitration according to the Law of the Russian Federation. 6.6. The present Registration form becomes effective when it is signed and stays effective till 30 June 2010. 3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES 3.1. SIBICO: Conducts all the preparation work on organizing and holding the Event, including: concept development, technical programme finalizing, invitation of key speakers, promotion in mass media, publishing of the conference materials, registration of a Participant and organization of his work in the conference in accordance with the chosen registration fee, composition of a "delegate wallet", catering, organization of technical tours. Registration fee for IWA Regional Conference covers: participation in the conference, admittance to ECWATECH exhibition, a "delegate wallet", a registered electronic publication (CD ROM) of conference proceedings with full texts of oral presentations (in English) and abstracts of poster presentations (in English and Russian) selected by the Programme Committee to be included into the agenda, an exhibition catalogue, simultaneous translation, 2 daily coffee breaks, one technical trip and get together evening event (optional). 3.2.
