The results of the survey will be used to help develop the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test. The Survey - The Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) Job Analysis Survey is being conducted to collect information about the knowledge required to perform as an MLO. The findings of the survey will be used as the foundation for the planned National and State Components of the SAFE Mortgage Test. The success of the survey will depend on the cooperation of a large number of industry professionals, representing all geographic parts of the country, and working in all segments of mortgage loan origination.
