Guidelines and Grading Rubric for Biography/Autobiography Book Report
Where: Students will present their Book Report in front of the class as an oral presentation.
Who and What: Students may choose either Option One or Option Two.
a. Option One: Dress up as a character from your book nd tell about the character's life
in the first person.
b. Option Two: Create 8-10 questions that will be passed out to classmates prior to your presentation.
You will still dress up as the main character from your book; however, you will only be required to make
a short introduction about your character. You will then take questions from the audience
(the same questions you have already passed out to your classmates!).
If you choose this option, please ensure you have rehearsed the answers to the questions.
Reading logs are no longer
required; however, students
must still read 30 minutes nightly
as per the EUSD guidelines.
