    Un-authorize d and illegal scheme named "Islamabad Co-operative Farming
             Scheme" in Sector D-17, Zone-2, G.T Road, Islamabad.


               It has been noticed by Authority that a Farming Scheme named
"Islamabad Co-operative Farming Scheme" in Sector D-17, Zone-2, GT Road,
Islamabad, is being developed without approval of CDA


               As per provisions of ICT Zoning Regulation 1992 framed for Planning
and Development of Housing Schemes in ICT Isla mabad, <b>No Housing Scheme can
be floated/launched/developed in Zone-2 without approval of CDA.</b> Therefore, this
Farming Scheme named "Islamabad Co-operative Farming Scheme" and Construction of
any type in said scheme is Un-authorized and Illegal


               Though this notice, General Public is therefore, informed to refrain from
any sale/purchase of plots, construction in this un-authorized and illegal scheme. Further,
the sponsors of the scheme are directed to refrain from marketing of plots and
development of un-authorized and illegal scheme without approval of CDA.
