7.      She is a visionary with a positive attitude and progressive thinking and believes
that IRS Officers have a larger role to play in the development of our country. SWOT
analysis done by her based on credible data and empirical evidence has raised the self-
esteem of officers of the Income Tax Department. Advanced mid-career training
programme got planned by her would go a long way in building the capacity of the IRS
officers in augmenting revenue collections and in improving tax payer services.

8.      She got the book titled “Let us Share” – A compilation of Best Orders and Best
Practices in Income Tax Department prepared which was released on 4.2.2009. This
will go a long way in boosting the morale of the officers of the Department.

9.        Special interest    Research into the historicity of ancient events
                                    narrated in old Indian Manuscript through :-

                             1. Study of books/reports on dating of ancient events
                                through verification of astronomical references in
                                ancient manuscripts by using planetarium software
                             2. Study of interpretations of satellite pictures taken
                                by Remote Earth Sensing Satellites of different
                                countries.
                             3. Study of Archaeological, geological, geographical &
                                oceanography reports.

                Her articles on the dating of eras of Lord Rama & Lord Krishna and on the
historicity of River Saraswati have already been published in leading newspapers and
magazines.
