TEXAS CAPITAL BANK CONTINUES GROWTH:
HIRES SIX NEW BANKERS IN DALLAS
DALLAS, (Nov. 23, 2009) – To accommodate its dynamic growth and strategic growth plan, Texas
Capital Bank has made significant new hires in Dallas, adding six bankers to key lines of business.
Rob Delph has joined as executive vice president for commercial real estate. He was
previously managing director at Societe Generale.
Jim LaFontaine joins from BBVA Compass Bank as senior vice president and relationship
manager in the corporate banking group.
Randy Lasley is a new senior vice president and relationship manager for the Bank’s
business banking group. He joins from BBVA Compass where he was a relationship manager in
commercial banking for 19 years.
Veronica Luna is now vice president and relationship manager for Association Services
with Texas Capital Bank. She came from BB&T (formerly Colonial Bank), where she served as vice
president for association services and relationship manager for North Texas.
Mary S. McCarthy joins as senior vice president and product manager for Treasury and
Liquidity Solutions. She came from JPMorgan Chase where she held multiple product management
John C. Rutledge is the senior vice president for business development in the Bank’s
Wealth Management & Trust group. A member of the Dallas Salesmanship Club, he was a financial
consultant with RBC Wealth Management previously.
