1. BUSINESS DESCRIPTION:

Bramwel Safaris Limited is a tourist company located in Arusha Tanzania
which offers tour to all Tanzanian’s National parks; including Mountain
climbing, Lodge Safaris, Camping safaris and others. It will provide
consulting and custom travel arrangements and packages.

Bramwel’s mission is to become the foremost provider of adventure travel
to Tanzania. BSL employees and owners are outdoor adventure and travel
enthusiasts as well as seasoned travel industry professionals. BSL seeks to
connect adventure travel newcomers and veterans with service providers,
adventure activities, and accommodations that fit the client's desires,
  budget, and skill level.

Bramwels Safaris Limited (BSL) was registered in Tanzania in December
2007, though it began it start up procedures early 2007. Currently the
company is still small with few employees six (6) of them which includes:
Director, Accountant, Sales/Marketing Manager and one Driver.

Though we are in the start up stage, we have had chance to receive some
bookings through Google to our websites and arranged tour to Mountain
Kilimanjaro for the group of six people from Brazil lead by: Joel Kriger:
  joelk@ferragensnegrao.com.br phone: 55 41 2109-8000 Brazil.

Our intended customers are people from around the world, as we receive
tourist from all over the world every year and the number keeps on
increasing every year due to the facts that Tanzania has unique Natural
attractions from Ngorongoro Crater, Mountain Kilimanjaro and many
  other.

An opportunity for BSL success exists beyond doubt; because the national
tourism and travel industry is growing at 4%, and adventure travel at 10%
annually. Further, the Bramwel Safaris market is expected to grow at least
12% annually and there are very few providers who specialize solely in
adventure travel in Tanzania to cover the need.

Bramwel Safaris limited is poised to take advantage of this growth and
win the competition with an experienced staff, excellent location, and
  effective management and marketing team.
1.1 Industry Overview:

Tanzania is one of the unique destinations on the African continent that has
yet to be discovered by many. It is a land of many wonders hubbing an un-
paralleled diversity of fauna and flora. Kilimanjaro, the highest permanently
snow-capped free standing mountain in Africa, the exotic Islands of Zanzibar,
the finest game sanctuaries of Serengeti, Tarangire, Lake Manyara,
Ngorongoro Crater, Ruaha, Selous and the Marine Park of Mafia Island are
only but a few of the living examples.

The scenery, topography and very friendly people harbour the growth of
excellent cultural tourism beach holidays, game hunting, historical and
archaeological ventures – and certainly the best wildlife photographic safaris
   on the continent.

The tourism industry provides excellent investment opportunities in
construction and management of hotels, lodges and restaurants,
infrastructure ventures, aviation projects, training institutions, tour operations,
   travel agencies and marketing organizations.

The industry’s mission statement that forms the basis of the tourism policy is
to develop sustainable quality tourism that is ecologically friendly to the
conservation and restoration of the environment and its people’s culture. In
so doing the industry seeks to maximize the net gains that emanate from the
   various tourism activities.

It is for this reason that the Government is now highly concerned with the
improvement of the infrastructure quality and diversity, ease of destination
entry formalities, relaxation of foreign exchange regulations and controls,
revision of applicable taxes and maintenance of peace, stability and security.
As a stimulant, the private sector is increasingly investing in the various
tourist plants, improvement of destination access from major sources and
within marketing promotion and training of the human resource.

   Tourist Attractions

Besides cultural attributes, the other tourism attractions in the country include
the rich game to view in National Parks, Game Controlled Areas and Games
   Reserves.

Just imagine viewing the famous tree climbing lions in the country's northern
   parks!

The Kilimanjaro National Park does feature the great ice-caped Equatorial
mountain, the Kilimanjaro. The mountain invites challenge to conquer it up its
peak that skyscrapers at almost 6km high to mountain climbers.

The Arusha National Park offers everything one wants to see regarding
volcanic features and lakes, the flamingoes; buffaloes, the mountain
vegetation and the general scenic view of the magnificent Mount Meru.
The Tarangire and Lake Manyara National Parks, though relatively smaller
   parks; located south west of Arusha town do offer plenty to see. Black rhinos;
over 380 species of birds; the worlds largest bird the ostrich; the Kori bustard
the only world heaviest bird that can fly, elephants; wart hogs, baboons,
zebra, the tree-climbing lions, hot springs, and the rising steep escarpment of
the Tanzania Great rift Valley are only a selection of what these areas can
   offer.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA) about 828 Sq. Km. is a perfect caldera
of the world, 18km across, often with nothing we can compare, this is one of
the wonders of the world! You will be attracted by the relief, its mountains,
drifting sand dunes and the diverse wildlife and the Maasai people.

The NCA, due to these and more qualities including its being nearer the
cradle of mankind, the Olduvai Gorge, it was declared a World Heritage Site
in 1978. The only place on the planet where a human being is living in
harmony with wildlife without harming one another to date the only place to
go is the Ngorogoro Conservation Area. It is culture and ecotourism smoothly
   nurtured in the environment.

To the north west of NCA, spreads endless plain of the Serengeti National
Park (14,763Sq.Km). With over 3 million large animals, involved in seasonal
migration the Serengeti has the greatest concentration wildlife unparalleled in
the world. The ecological rules regarding who eats who or lonely death while
swimming across rivers during migration and how it is important to be in
groups for survival can be observed clearly here.

In southern Tanzania, there lies the greatest wild reserve and second only to
Serengeti in wildlife concentration; this is the Selous National Park.
Elephants, crocodiles and hippos in rivers; buffaloes, and baobab trees
   dominate.

Other National Parks include Mahale (the haven of the chimpanzees and
baboons); Mikumi, Mkomazi, rubondo, Katavi and Juvenile Udzungwa rich in
plant diversity and in colobus monkeys.

Again, going around and across Tanzania, one finds more interesting things.
The remains from the oriental architecture found along the coast and
Zanzibar, the coral reefs such as those at the Wambe Shando and Mwamba
Wamba area; the sulphur springs in Tanga, the Mbozi meteorite remains.
The National Museum and other heritage sites add on more interesting sites
   to visit.

1.3 History and Current status:

Everyone has some goals to achieve in life; I come from a pretty tough
background where by food was a luxury commodity, while others
were looking for a more luxurious cars, My Dad was thinking about
how to get money for food and pay for our school fee.

With this kind of background struggling was the only opportunity to
take; I was looking for my friends, and the way their parents find life
easy and enjoyable and I came up with the conclusion that being a
business Man is the best thing I can do! And so I was in deep thoughts.

Among the things I thought of doing was the business of tourism, and
this is because it was not a tough job to do, and I use to see other
people getting opportunities even if they are not registered officially.
They just have a website, they get tourists and they arrange Safaris for
   them.

Now as I continue studying, I ventured out looking for the possibility
of getting my website for me to enter in this business. It was not an
easy thing to do, because I had no way to pay online to get my site
hosted; and of course I had no money to pay for the service.

I had a friend in Australia, and I started sharing this idea with him, he
was not interested to join in the business, but as soon as he saw my
ambitions and heart to reach my goals, he decided to pay for the
registrations and hosting of the website. (Provided his contacts and
   emails in separate paper)

With the help of my friends; we design the website, and so I was on air
{www.bramwelsafaris.com} in the website I didn’t disclose my status
as a start –up business because I had one big company behind to take
care of my guests while getting a goodwill for my company for future
   goals.

At the end of 2007, somewhere in December; my brother helped me to
register the company, Bramwel Company Limited; with me having
60% shares and him 40% shares, he just helped me though he was not
interested to commit himself in the business because he has his
   business to take care.
Early 2008; somewhere in April, I received an email from people who
were interested to come over to Tanzania, and I decided to take care of
them myself, hiring a car; and other things, and I managed to make a
profit of U$D 3000 (Refer supportive document).

On June 12, I graduated from school of Account; www.iaa.ac.tz with
the advanced Diploma in Accountancy, and then I decided to come up
with this business plan to see if I can get some people to work with for
   the mutual benefit.

1.4 Goals and Objectives:

   Short term goals:

      1) To increase the number of cars for Safari.

      2) Maintains a margin of 10% in all the Safaris.

      3) To buy the land and build garage and our own offices.

      4) To establish a camping area in town for the tourists who might
         be interested with this adventure.

      5) To see the possibility of getting agency in big Capital Cities,
eg: Washington, Paris, Rome, England and Tokyo.

   Long term goals:

      1) To acquire big land and build the luxurious hotel in all cities
         with Tourism attractions.

      2) Establishing Offices in Capital Cities around the world, eg:
Washington, Paris, Rome, England and Tokyo.

      3) To expand the business by buying sites in National parks for
         hotels, and other things.

      4) To buy shares from the government in connection with tourism
         Industry.

      5) To operate the business in other African countries.
1.5 Critical Success factors:

I have set the goals above, but there must be strategies to reach the
goals so outlined above. I am real set to achieve these goals. Just an
example of the experience I have with my customers from Brazil. I
had to hire a car, License, Camping gears at Kilimanjaro, and Cooking
equipments, yet I made a profit of U$D 3000 for the six people, what
if I have my own car, camping gears etc?

I have dedicated myself in this business, and I am positively looking
forward for wonderful growth in this business. Tanzania is the
peacefully country, and we have never had war since we got
independency in 1961, the government has left all the freedom in this
Industry apart from registration and being faithfully paying tax.

There are a lot of challenges in this business, and this is why I am
looking for some people to share the ownership for some help. I need
some cars, camping gears, and other things to meet these challenges.
By establishing the website for few months, I was able to get some
customers through Google, and so I am expecting more guests in a
   near future.

We have many companies here in Tanzania, very few are registered
and do the business in open manner, and this is why they normally fail
or don’t grow as expected, I am set to follow all the government
procedures to obtain license to operate the business properly and that
will make me enter in those few companies.

Upon successfully securing the funds I have requested, I am planning
to travel to London trade fair, New York, Canada and other places
around the world taking to Companies which are the same Industry
looking for the possibilities of getting some prospective agencies for
   us to exchanging tourists etc.

1.6 Company Ownership:

The company is registered as Bramwels Company Limited, and in it
there is Bramwel Safaris. The owners for now are:
  NAME TITTLE SHARES OWNERSHIP

  William Amon Director. 60 60%

  Christian Amon Director 40 40%

                    TOTAL 100 100%

The ownership outlined above can be altered to suite any arrangement
between us that might be necessary. My brother Christian Amon who
helped me out with registration procedures is not real interested in
business and he can give up the shares he has for the sake of business
growth and development.

In the management we have the following people:

   1) Ezekiel Jacob Nungwi – Marketing Manager.

   2) Jacob Amon Sekajingo – Accountant.

   3) Paul Mpare – Driver.

   4) Veiko Kyogo - Reservation Manager.

   5) Grace Kombe – Personal secretary.

   6) William Amon Sekajingo – Managing Director.
1.7 Exit strategy:

These are the strategies set for investors in recovering their money and
interests, or continuing owning the shares of the company. The
company is going to grow very fast, and it won’t take time for the
investors to cover their investments and profit on top of the
   investment.

As said earlier, the company “Bramwel Safaris” will operate a joint
Account in the area of an investor/partner where buy customers will be
paying the cost for the service, for the investors to know the revenue of
the company, there will be an arrangement for recovery if the need so
   be.

1.8. FINANCIALS:

I have had the decision to start up this business for the long time, and I
have just graduated from school of Account this year. I have been serving
some money when I was in school which helped me to implement my
business idea though in a small scale. It has been a challenge to me to
make sure that my ideas will come to pass, this is one of the ways to
obtain fund for the business, but with or without the success of this plan,
the business will succeed.

I managed to pay for the website registration, and hosting in Australia
through the help of Dennis Clerk “Attached”, I have also manage to pay
for the website creation and establishment of small office with computer
and internet connection. Above all, the great asset I have for this business
in the ideas that will be converted to very profitable business in future.

There are many traveling companies in Abroad and Investors that can
benefit a lot from this business, and this is why I have decided to sell this
idea to you. I have idea, I qualify to implement the idea, but I don’t have
enough funds for now. You have money, you need to invest to gain profit,
and so we need each other for our mutual benefits.

Before your decision to give your valuable investments, I can arrange to
come in your Country and sell my ideas in person, and I will also give you
the chance to come to Tanzania, where by arranging a tour for you to
major Tanzania National parks for you to see what’s real happening in this
Industry for you to be comfortable to invest in this valuable business.

Upon your agreement of investing in my business, I guarantee you a life
time gain from this business. In my website: www.bramwelsafaris.com I
will direct all the payments of prospective customers to be deposited in the
joint Account that we will open in your area “Country” or even have an
office over there to act as a representative, and from there we will all
know the income of the business and you will be able to recover all the
investment you kept in this business.

In the following page, I have prepared a brief budget of what I will initial
need to run the business successfully, in it I have included the money for
assets like Vehicles and other cost. In other page I have constructed
financial projections, please analyze them properly, and I am sure that you
will see what I see through them, and take a positive decision to invest in
      Bramwel Safaris.
