OAKDALE, CA – Ronald C. Martin, CEO of Oak Valley Community Bank, (traded
under the ticker symbol OVYB) announced the opening of the Bank’s newest
location at 2935 March Lane in Stockton. The new office is a full service branch
with ATM, and convenient drive-through service.

Longtime Stockton bankers, Cathy Ghan and Loretta Trevena will manage the
bank’s business development and growth initiatives in Stockton. Ghan, SVP
Commercial Real Estate, will manage the bank’s commercial lending efforts.
Trevena, VP, Branch Manager, will manage the branch and business development.
Both Ghan and Trevena have over 20 years of banking experience in the Stockton
community. They will be joined by Ashleigh Price, who, following her recent
promotion to Customer Service Manager (CSM) is transferring from the Bank’s 12th
& I- Modesto branch. The Stockton branch staff is rounded out by Megan Clark and
Gladys Dillard, Customer Service Representatives.

Also employed by Oak Valley Community Bank and working from the new office
are Gerry Trigueiro, Senior Commercial Real Estate Loan Associate, and Liz
Ramirez, AVP, Loan Assistant, both of whom have spent significant portions of their
careers in the Stockton scene. In addition, current bank employees; Ojesa Asejo-
Clark, RVP of Training and Development, Kim Samoy, AVP, BSA Manager, and Ha
Phan, Information Technology, will be headquartered in Stockton. Asejo-Clark and
Samoy, as well as Trevena, were all, at one time during their respective careers,
Stockton Branch Managers for the former Union Safe Deposit Bank.

Bank President, Chris Courtney commented, “In Stockton, we have assembled an
excellent group of experienced business bankers who know and understand the
market and needs of the business community. They also share the bank’s old-
fashioned service and relationship banking philosophies. The staff is excited open
and eager to start bringing in new clients.”
“It’s so wonderful to have the new branch up and running, the office is beautiful, the
drive through and location is so convenient for customers and it’s great to be
managing a branch in the Brookside neighborhood again. I’m looking forward to
reuniting with many of my former customers and hopefully many new ones,”
Trevena added.

Established in 1991, Oak Valley Community Bank offers a variety of loan and
deposit products dedicated to serving the needs of individuals and small businesses.
The Bank currently operates through 12 convenient locations: Oakdale, Sonora,
