The seller does NOT have to be present during the consignment sale to represent your items to sell-
Equestrian Exchange arranges all items according to discipline and groups.
We will represent your things for you, advertise our event, set up in large building and offer great deals.
A great way to make extra cash on out grown clothing, unwanted horse supplies, non- fitting saddles and
tack, wrong sized blankets and anything and everything related to the equestrian sport. Non- profit groups,
riding clubs, 4-H groups encouraged to sell items for funds. Volunteers needed to set up and tear down.

Roanoke VA Spring sale- May 2011- Tanglewood Mall, Electric Rd- TBA on web site
Schedule of event - Sept 2-6, 2010 sale dates. Please read carefully:
August 31- 6-9 pm Drop off date with over 100 items- notify us, Sept 1 10-9 all day drop off.
Sept 2 10-9 pm (worker exchangers/ volunteers shop first), Sept 2 1-9 pm Consignors shop with friend,
Sept 2 5-9 pm early/preview sale- public shop for admission fee of $ 6.00 per person.
Sept 3- Sept 5- public anyone shops from 10-9 pm, free admit, Sept 6 8-5 pm worker exchangers-
volunteer shop, 9-5 pm consignors shop and 10-5 pm open to all (last day some items discounted)
Sept 7 1- 8 pm pick up unsold items unless donating to equestrian related program.
This is how it works- It is easy!
1. Pre-register at www.EquestrianExchange.com, or call Lynn Beeson (336-697-1097) or
Tanya Wright (540-977-1950) to register with no computer or if you have any questions.
2. You price and tag your own items (manila tags or card stock cards with reinforced hole punch required)
3. Provide an inventory list of all items you are bringing to be sold (download form on web site) Number
each item after the consignor code on top left corner of each tag- fast check in and out. i.e. Mary A Smith-
( MAS1234- 1) and ( MAS1234-2), etc. Tag code 3 initials and last 3 digits of phone #- top left corner tag
4. Equestrian Exchange will sell your items for you- Drop off on schedule on web site.
5. Come shop the consignor sale, public sale and bring a friend. Volunteer and shop first!
6. Pick up your unsold items on pick up day or donate if preferred. Friends can help.
7. Checks will be issued 1 month after the sale (less commission/ fee).
8. Pre-register for each sale- fall and spring- even if repeat consignor.
Fees and Terms of agreement-
There is a $ 6.00 consignor fee regardless of the number of items consigned- per consignor.
You will receive 75% of selling price for all items sold.

harnesses, carts, wagons, hats, helmets, blankets, saddle pads, boots, ties, leg wraps, brushes, chaps,
medications, supplies, training aids, horse toys, Breyer’s, books, gifts, jewelry, art, riding coats, show
clothing, causal clothing, other animal items,, farm and garden and horse trailers, jumps, trunks, spurs,
Equestrian crafts, fund raiser items, etc... Mini to Draft- all disciplines of riding for all levels of experience.
Advertise your barn, boarding program, riding lessons, hay for sale, business venue, truck for sale,
Farm/real estate – You supply flyers and Equestrian Exchange will put in all shopping bags for $ 15.00.
