Pet Agreement
(Addendum to Month-to-Month Rental Agreement) This document is attached to and forms a part of the Month-to-Month Rental Agreement dated _______________ between Shunk Properties (D.B.A. Spencer Shunk, owner) and __________________________________________,

herein Tenant, for the dwelling at __________________________________________________________________, Kincheloe, MI 49788. Tenant desires to keep the following pets in the dwelling they occupy under the rental agreement referred to above:

The Tenant agrees to the following:
• • • • • • • • • • • • To keep pets under control at all times. To keep pets retrained when outside the dwelling. To adhere to local ordinances, including leash and licensing requirements. Not to leave pets unattended under any circumstances. To clean up after pets and dispose of waste Not to leave food or water for pets or for any other animals outside the dwelling where it will attract other animals. To keep pets from being noisy or aggressive and causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. To remedy immediately any complaints about the pets. To provide pets with regular health care, including inoculations as recommended. To provide pets with identification tags. To get rid of pets’ offspring within eight weeks of birth. To pay immediately for any damage, loss, or expense caused by pets. In addition, Tenants will add $______.00 US dollars to their cleaning/security deposit, which may be used for cleaning, repairs, or delinquent rent after Tenants vacate the dwelling. This added deposit, or what remains of it after pet damages have been assessed, will be refunded within forty-five (45) days of the Tenant’s move, or after the Tenant has proven that the pet no longer lives in the dwelling.
By signing below, the Tenant hereby acknowledges that he or she has read the agreement, understands it, agrees to is, and has received a copy of it. _______________________________________________
