EXPERIENCE

        specifications.
       Consult with Authorized Inspection Agency for new boiler & pressure vessel installations, repairs and
        alterations of existing equipment as required to maintain regulatory compliance.
       Perform departmental management reporting and client interface in accordance with Project Contractual
        Terms and Conditions and quality program, procedures and processes.
       Develop Notification Processes for (Client, Jurisdiction, Authorized Inspection agencies, Vendors & Sub-
        Contractors) including Coordination with project inspection contractors, client personnel and inspection
        departments to ensure full implementation of the project quality program.
       Coordinate, schedule and witness the quality inspection and testing functions with the appropriate inspection
        agency and testing facility (I.E. –Fire Marshalls, County & State Inspectors), verify permit required
        inspections, schedule required inspection with County Offices for regulatory compliance.
       Establish Quality Record Management Programs; consult with engineering and project management to
        develop System Turn-over Plans, Procedures and Contractual Guideline Division of responsibilities related to
        these activities relevant to quality documentation being properly prepared, maintained and reviewed.
       Document New Boiler Installations and assembly process on appropriate Data Reports; coordinate with
        Suppliers of components and parts associated with these documents for proper compliance and reviews.
       Submit Applicable Data Reports and New Boiler Installation Reports to proper authorities after final reviews
        and signature by authorized inspection agencies, required for System Turn-over, Owners Authorized
        Inspections Reviews and Start-up / Temporary Permitting of all associated equipment.
       Established welding Programs for project specific welding Procedure development, Maintain welder
        qualifications, continuity logs and implemented Tracking systems for proper reporting and maintenance of
        Processes, Procedures and Qualifications.
