  I understand that if our loan is an adjustable rate product or is escrowed for taxes/insurance, the
 monthly payment may periodically adjust. Central Mortgage will automatically draft the minimum
  monthly payment. Any additional principal will remain constant, regardless of any other payment
adjustment unless Central Mortgage is notified in writing 10 days prior to the next draft date. Central
Mortgage will continue to draft the account for the current amount due until the loan is paid in full, or
written notice is received for draft cancellation. I will provide at least 10-day advance notice to cancel
                             my draft or make a change in the bank account.
