• Research activity to take place during summer months

Led Research – Social Policy
• Up to $1,500
• Can be used for research or travel to conferences
• To support undergraduate student research that addresses
public policy issues.
• Graduate or Undergraduate student
• Full time student enrolled at UBC Okanagan
•Deadline – Sept. 30th, 2008; Nov. 30th, 2008; or March 30th, 2009
• Must submit a final report
Internal Grants – Reporting
• All successful applicants must provide a final report:
• Individual Grants – within two months of end of award period
• Interdisciplinary/Collaborative Grant – within six months of end of award period
• Travel Grant –within six weeks of presentation/conference attendance
• Publication Grant – Must provide a copy of the publication/presentation within
six months of completion
• Graduate Student Travel Grant – within six weeks of presentation/conference
attendance
• Undergraduate Student Award – Research outcomes upon finalization of the
award
• Student Lead Research – Final report is due 7 months from application deadline
