This role will report directly to the Director of Digital Strategy and Planning.


Responsibilities:
Support development of HP’s 3 -5 year digital strategy (including HP.com and external
digital ecosystems)

Own budget planning and management for the entire Digital Strategy team

Work directly with the Digital Strategy and HP.com Directors to lead special projects
(including analysis of partnership opportunities)

Deliver data-driven insights to support actionable strategic direction, corporate
prioritization, and strategy communication (Executive committee, board, investors)

Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal
performance in digital (online, including social media and ecomm, mobile, etc.)

Work cross- functionally to help secure commitment for Digital Strategy and HP.com
efforts

Qualifications:

MBA

Minimum 1 to 2 years post-MBA strategy consulting experience in corporate strategy,
digital strategy or management consulting
Ability to adopt to a fast-paced environment

Superior analytical skills and complex problem structuring

Excellent research skills

Strong financial acumen

Demonstrated leadership and persuasion skills in a team setting

Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Demonstrated ability to manage projects both cross- functionally and globally

Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills

digital strategy to support the management of a large cross- functional project. In addition,
you will have the opportunity to develop components of the Digital Strategy team 3 – 5
year plan and take on special projects of interest.

This role reports to the Director of Digital Strategy and Planning but will work directly
with the Senior Manager of Digital Strategy and Planning to build and operate the
program management office for the HP.com re- launch project.

Support the program management office for the global re- launch of HP.com over an 18
month period
        -   Manage the integrated project timeline, key milestones and dependencies
        -   Define project and team internal and external success metrics
        -   Own team and executive level status reporting
        -   Manage issues, scope and deliverables
        -   Manage best practices collection
Assist in developing components of HP’s 3 -5 year digital strategy (including HP.com
and external digital ecosystems)
Work cross- functionally to help secure commitment for Digital Strategy and HP.com
efforts
Work directly with the Digital Strategy and HP.com Directors to lead special projects of
interest (including analysis of partnership opportunities)

Qualifications:

MBA preferred
Minimum 1 to 2 years post-MBA strategy consulting experience in corporate strategy,
digital strategy or management consulting or 2 to 3 years of strategy consulting
experience post undergraduate
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated leadership and persuasion skills in a team setting
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage projects both cross- functionally and globally
Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
Superior analytical skills and complex problem structuring
