2 Students must sign the Assumption of Risk Waiver Form for any international travel. Visit
www.world.yale.edu/travel for the complete travel policy.

3 Awardees must disclose the amount of any other funding supporting the proposed project.

4 Richter Fellowships are ordinarily awarded to juniors, but freshmen, sophomores and graduate
affiliates are eligible. Seniors are not eligible.

5 Recipients must promptly consult with the Master if changes occur in their project.

6 Recipients must submit summary reports explaining the use of their Richter fellowships to the
Council of Masters Office, 432-1146 call for address, by Monday, September 28, 2009.
