Laura used many methods to cope with her lost. One of these methods was talking about it with her
friends, family and a counselor. In addition she attended Camp Comfort Zone where she was able to
talk with others in the same situation as her. This is similar to AA and NA where people are able to talk
with others who struggle with the same issue as themselves. Another method she used was attending
choir twice a day. This helps her to get her mind off of the subject and focus her feelings and emotions
in a more positive way. I think she was very successful in her grieving methods.
