Conditions & Terms for Exhibitors, Exhibitor teams, employees, vehicles, products and the Companies
they represent. Must be reviewed, signed and returned with the space rental agreement for participation.
Signature from a person directly responsible for the Exhibit or the Exhibitor is required.
Removal of Exhibits: No exhibit should be removed whole or in part prior to 5:00PM EST on Sunday
August 27thh 2006. All exhibits should be removed by 9:00PM EST the same day.
All Booth Spaces: Exhibits should be designed to fit completely within the rented space except for the use
of area within the field. Each exhibit should be identified with at least one easily and clearly visible sign.
Exhibitors must occupy their exhibits during all Show hours. No food or drink may be given away or sold
by the exhibitor without prior permission. Distribution of promotional material may be made only within
the space assigned to the exhibitor presenting such material. Exhibitors may not assign, contract, or sublet
the contracted space. The exhibitor is charged with the knowledge of national, state, and local restrictions
on any merchandising, advertisement or promotional scheme, which involves attracting visitors to their
location by any inducement which might be construed as a lottery. DelMar Waterfowl, LL .does not accept
responsibility for any promotional schemes undertaken by an exhibitor.
Character of Exhibit: DelMar Waterfowl LLC reserves the right to restrict, prohibit, or remove any exhibits
or exhibitors they feel may be offensive or detract from the general character of the Show. This reservation
includes noise, persons, items, conduct, printed material or anything of an objectionable character, which
may be detrimental to other exhibitors or to the Show.
Sales Tax : All exhibitors making sales during the Show which are subject to sales tax shall be responsible
for the proper collection and reporting thereof.
Raffles and Door Prizes: All vendors or employees of same and not eligible to win these prizes.
Fire Prevention: All booth decorations must be fire retardant. Electrical wiring must conform to National
Electric Code Safety Rules.
Indemnification : That the contracting exhibitor and all persons, and companies involved in exhibiting at
Delaware State Calling Contest agree to save and hold harmless DelMar Waterfowl LLC, Event organizers,
volunteer Staff, Andrew Smith, Allan Stanley, property owners of the contest site, their officers, officials,
and directors from any debt, liability, or judgment incurred for any cause of action, claim of damages, or
liability, to any person or property resulting directly or indirectly from acts or omissions, merchandise sold,
for, during or after the event named herein, and from and against all costs, counsel fees, expenses and
liabilities incurred in or about any such claim or any action or proceeding brought. DelMar Waterfowl LLC
shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur during the course of the said event
and expressly releases, hold harmless and indemnifies DelMar Waterfowl LLC, its officers, directors,
employees, and agents from and against any and all claims for such loss, damages or injuries.
Care of Building, Equipment, Facilities, Property, Exhibitors or their agents shall not injure or deface the
walls, ceilings or floors of the building, the booths or the equipment of the booths. When such damage
appears, the Exhibitor is liable to the property owner. All the conditions and terms set forth by the Contract
and the Conditions and Terms of this application are hereby made a part of this agreement, and the
exhibitor agrees to abide by said conditions and terms at all times before, during and after the Show.
Exhibitor agrees that submission of booth payment implies agreement to all the terms of this contract.
