Hey West High! Today at lunch in the Pavilion is the Junior Class Prom Fashion Show! See the
Juniors model the up & coming dresses & tuxs for this year’s Prom. There will be door prizes
& raffles items including flowers & 2 free tuxs! (Ms. Yoo)

Prom is around the corner….the guest applications are available in ASB & online at the West
High School website at www.whs.tusd.org Prom Bid sales start on 5/18! (Ms. Yoo)

The dance concert is just around the corner! Save the dates, 5/12-14 to support your dance
friends of all levels. It’s the final show of the year & you won’t be disappointed. Tickets go on
sale Thurs. in ASB for $8. (Mrs. Vorhis)

All returning Football players-please attend a mandatory mtg @ lunch on Mon. in Rm 5213.

There will be a mandatory mtg for all returning girls’ Volleyball players interested in playing

Supporting the Sophomore class never tasted so good! Thurs., 5/7, go to Pat & Oscar’s from
3:30-9 pm & enjoy great food as well as helping the class of 2011! (Mr. Oshiro)

Do you want to be a part of the award winning yearbook staff? It’s not too late. Pick up an
application in Rm 5108. Deadline has been extended to 5/6! (Mrs. White)

Applications for the Teacher of the Year Award are available next to the Principal’s office.
Please submit your applications to the principal’s office no later than 3pm on Fri., 5/8. (Ms.

Someone Special at West award is open to members of our student, teacher, clerical, &
support staff. Forms are in ASB & outside the Principal's office. Due date is today @ 3 pm.
