FCG Survey Method
1.   Distribute 3-page survey with cover letter, along with an FCG
     business reply envelope to your employees.
2.   We input your returned surveys into our programmed database and
     analyze every survey category (People, Engagement, Leadership,
     Communication, Performance Management, Training & Development,
     Pay & Benefits, Overall Satisfaction) by:
          •    Your total company
          •    Each of your branch location
          •    Your divisions
          •    Employee Type
          •    Benchmarking your Employee Satisfaction Index (ESI)
               results to the median ESI ratings of 21 other distributors.
3.   Your survey results will be tabulated and interpreted based upon ESI’s
     and EDI’s. The ESI and EDI survey data will then be summarized and
     evaluated accurately and objectively with a detailed action plan to
     increase employee satisfaction for each of your branch
     locations.
