BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF [NAME OF CORPORATION] “CORPORATION” MEETING MINUTES OF A [SPECIAL OR REGULAR OR ANNUAL] MEETING A meeting of the Board of Directors of this Corporation was held as follows: This was a: [regular/annual/special] meeting Held on [DATE], at [TIME] At Location: at [LOCATION]. The Chairman then distributed a copy of and read the minutes of the last meeting of this Board of Directors and the minutes were approved.
