STORAGE – Joe Humphrey – Board President
An inventory was conducted for the month of September. The results are
as follows:
19 Units do not have a member number
2 Cargo trailers, which are not on the lease
5 Do not have a contract on file
1 No longer a member – sublease to another
7 Motorized vehicles without a current license
1 Past due
57 Unsightly
2 Subleased
12 Received a previous notification, but did not correct the problem.
They will forfeit their lease.

The following are the leases available:
6 – 20 foot sites, 10 – 25 foot sites, 2 – 32 foot sites, 1 – 36 foot site, 4 –
45 foot sites.

Prior to being selected for the board, I was asked to work on storage.
Even after being selected for the board, I have continued to work on
storage. We have now reached a point, where I no longer need to be
involved in storage. The goals that were established have been achieved.
Rhonda Wolfe has been trained and is fully capable to follow through on
the needs of our storage. In addition, I have shared with our project
manager the plans for developing permanent storage in the upper tent
area. I am convinced that he is fully capable to and willing to follow
through with this project, which will be a winter project.

I want to thank everyone, volunteers, and staff who have been so helpful
in meeting the established goals for storage.

Les Leochner, Jr. Biography – Assistant Manager, Administration
My name is Les Leochner, Jr. I was born and raised in Ludell, KS near the
Nebraska and Colorado borders, the oldest of five children. After high school I
went to Junior College, married and joined the Navy making it a career.

I became known as Master Chief Leochner and filled numerous positions during
my time in the Navy. I began as an Administrative Clerk in Advanced Undersea
Weapons and advanced to Training & Safety Officer for the Navy’s Basic and
Advanced Electricity and Electronics School. I also earned a BS in Sociology and
graduate degree in Operations Management during this time. In addition I served
as a Human Resources Management Specialist and Instructor, with collateral duty
as Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor trainer. I am a Vietnam Veteran and made
three seven-month tours to the Far East. I was also fortunate to spend three years
in LaMagdalena, Italy on the beautiful island of Sardinia.

In 1987, after retiring from the Navy, I became Mall and Store Manager for VF
Factory Outlet in Lebanon, MO. My job consisted of supervising all areas of
operations for the retail store as well as marketing, management and maintenance
of the Mall Complex. I served on the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce, chairing
the Tourism Committee for several years, working with area campground and
resort managers. I also worked with the local schools, employing and training
developmentally disabled students.

Some of my hobbies/interests are Bible study, NASCAR, fishing, hunting and
football. I couched my son Eric’s peewee Pop Warner football team the year they
took state in Florida! Some day I would still like to build a street rod and RV to
Alaska.

My wife Lori and I have three children and eleven grandchildren. We enjoy travel
and sightseeing in our off time, as well as taking in the sights and sounds of
Branson.

Rhonda Wolfe, Storage Coordinator
My name is Rhonda Wolfe. I am the daughter of Robert Wolfe, who many of
you know. I grew up in Dearborn, MO just north of Kansas City, MO. I started
working for my Dad in his auctions in the mid 1970’s allowing me to gain a lot
of experience in customer service before I even started junior high school. I
continued working for Dad even after graduating from high school.

I have an Associates Degree in Computer Science and Programming, and an
Associates Degree in Electronics. I have worked for dialysis units repairing the
machines and also in inventory control for the units. I have also managed optical
shops where I was not only working with many employees, but also managed
inventory control there also. I enjoy working with people. The most rewarding
job was at the dialysis centers because by doing my job I knew I was helping to
keep other people alive and healthy, but that profession can also be
heartbreaking.

Some of my hobbies/interests are Bible study, scrapbooking, fishing, horses and
reading.
