An Internal Communication Plan
An internal communication plan is a document that provides:
Procedures that cover the collection and filing structure, details what
methods will be used to gather and store various types of project
information, and cover collecting and disseminating updates and
Distribution structure that reflects to whom information will flow, what
mode (report, meeting, etc.) will be used and who is responsible to
produce and review. Also, what these people should do with the
information (cascade, hold, decision, etc.)
