RENTAL CONDITIONS
Visit our showroom for ideas, advice and assistance. We are always glad to serve you.
Prices quoted are for one-day rental unless otherwise noted. Long-term rates are
available. Reservations require a deposit paid in advance. Rental rates are for time out on
rental, whether the item is used or not. Cancellations are subject to a fee or loss of
deposit.
Delivery is available at an additional fee. Special conditions, such as above ground
floor, are subject to additional charge. Items are packaged in special containers to insure
your equipment is delivered to you sterilized, undamaged and “table ready”. Items need
to be rinsed and replaced in same containers. Linens should be air dried to prevent
mildew. Set-up and breakdown of tables and chairs is an additional charge.
Responsibility of equipment remains with the leaser from time of delivery until time of
return. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather.
Additional charges will be made for missing items, misused equipment, breakage or
burned linens.
