                          Universal Auto-Loader Software License Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this date, by and between Realty Computer Solutions, Inc., hereinafter
“REAL-COMP”, and       , hereinafter “LICENSEE”. REAL-COMP hereby makes available to LICENSEE, and LICENSEE
agrees to pay REAL-COMP for, the software listed below. Software will be delivered only after receipt of the initial annual
software licensee fee.
LICENSE:          LICENSEE is licensed to use the software specified in this Agreement for end use only; i.e. for his or her
own use and that of his or her associates and employees. No resale of REAL-COMP software is permitted, either as a
stand-alone product marketed by LICENSEE, or as part of any product or service offered, provided, marketed, sold or
distributed in any manner by LICENSEE or by LICENSEE’S associates or employees.
SOFTWARE:                 REAL-COMP UNIVERSAL AUTO-LOADER (NOTICE: When used, the software becomes locked
to the first computer on which it is used and cannot be used with any other computer). LICENSEE initials_______
TERM (License Period):              ONE YEAR, with automatic expiration of software license one year and seven (7) days from
the effective date of this Agreement. LICENSEE has the option to renew for one or more subsequent Terms, at the annual
fee current on the date of renewal. This Agreement shall remain in effect for each subsequent Term: it may be amended only
in writing, signed by both parties. Upon renewal, the current version of the software will be shipped to LICENSEE
immediately after receipt of the license fee by REAL-COMP.
LICENSEE FEE:             $295.00 per year (price changes during a Term become effective at the start of the new Term)
DISCLAIMER: LICENSEE understands and agrees that the software is provided "as is" and REAL-COMP disclaims all
warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose. REAL-COMP makes no warranty or representation regarding the results that may be obtained from the
use of the software or the accuracy or reliability of any information loaded through use of the software. The exclusive remed y
available to LICENSEE for any claims arising out of or related to this agreement will be limited to the amount actually paid by
LICENSEE for the software.

TOTAL AGREEMENT: It is hereby mutually agreed and understood between REAL-COMP and LICENSEE that this
Agreement contains all of the agreements, promises, and/or understanding made between these two parties concerning the
software provided. There are no verbal, oral, or other agreements, promises, or understandings between the parties. Any and
all future agreements of any nature will be in writing and signed by both parties. LICENSEE’S signature on this document
indicates understanding of and agreement to all of the conditions and terms contained within. NOTICE TO LICENSEE: DO
NOT SIGN THIS AGREEMENT UNLESS IT IS COMPLETELY FILLED IN. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A COPY OF THIS
DOCUMENT AFTER IT IS COMPLETELY FILLED IN AND SIGNED BY ALL PARTIES.
