Viktor Alexandrov
Viktor Alexandrov is a professional hockey player. The son of a legendary Soviet forward, he made his Super League debut just at the age of 16 and has primarily skated for the HC Metallurg (Novokuznetsk) in the Russian Super League (Russia 1). The young forward started his career there and then moved on to HC SKA, following Metallurg’s former head coach.[1] However, there he struggled to make a difference and prove himself. He has since returned to HC Metallurg and enjoyed a career 2007-08 season. Alexandrov was drafted by the St. Louis Blues in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.
