Duties and Responsibilities:

     Maintains file computerized indexes for all documents. Generate electronic/hardcopy reports as
      needed by the project or management.
     Responsible for tracking of polices, revisions change documentation and signature logs in
      accordance with company policies.
     Receives all incoming documents, Determine filing category and make input to the automated
      document/drawing control database.
     Responsible for the content of the package received, checked against the transmittal list and any
      discrepancies reported with the acknowledgement.
     Daily encoding of documents either incoming or outgoing so as to have complete records on
      files so as to avoid lost of documents and better efficient documents control.
     Records all dispatched document/drawing control system.
     Registering Faxes incoming & outgoing indicating reference, date, time, company & subject as a
      minimum.
     Retrieves documents and maintain the automated distribution log.
     Expedites review, signature approval and release of contractor, supplier and internally produced
      project documents.
     Under Supervision by the DCM (Document Control Manager) provides document control duties
      utilizing established internal system and existing software. Such as Expedition 8.5 Primavera and
      Image Tool.
     Formulate document numbering system that is acceptable to be used in the Expedition but
      before implementation it should be approved by the Project Manager. This will be used by the
      Contractor and Consultant in order to have uniformity in the document system.
     Daily filling of all Submittal’s, Shop Drawing’s, As Built Drawings and Correspondence /
      Submittal’s to its box file and according to its distribution.
     Daily scanning of all Submittal’s and after scanning attached the pdf file to document from
      Expedition
     Daily scanning of all As Built Drawings and after scanning attached the pdf file to document
