We are seeking Human Capital Consultants, Senior Human Capital Consultants, Management Analysts, and
Interns to join our growing business.


As a Human Capital Consultant or Senior Human Capital Consultant, you will work hand-in-hand with
our clients by applying your technical and/or project management expertise.

Minimum Qualifications:
    1-5 years (Consultant) / 5-10 years (Senior Consultant) of related experience
    Master’s degree in an area of study related to industrial organizational psychology, human resources,
     business, or government administration (or bachelor’s degree with additional experience)
    Skill in:
         o Problem solving
         o Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
         o Research and data collection
         o Quantitative and qualitative analysis
         o Report writing and preparation
         o Communicating and developing positive, professional relationships with clients

Preferred Qualifications:
    Broad knowledge of Federal Government human capital and/or management practices
    Skill in client and project management
    Competencies in strategic human capital planning, human resources solutions, and/or organizational
       effectiveness
    Professional certification


As a Management Analyst, you will perform tasks such as meeting with clients to identify and document
system requirements, collecting and analyzing data, and writing reports.

Management Analysts must have a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in an area of study relating to data
analysis or business, industrial organizational psychology, or human resources. In addition, candidates must
have:
      Ability to apply proven data collection methods
      Strong data analysis, statistical, and problem-solving skills (modeling capabilities are a plus)
      Intermediate spreadsheet and database skills
      Report preparation and writing skills
      Ability to communicate with clients to identify requirements and present results in a clear, logical, and
       meaningful way


As an Intern, you will work directly with consultants and perform tasks such as conducting interviews and
facilitating focus groups, analyzing data, and preparing and reviewing documents. Candidates must:

      Be current students (preferably in a master’s or doctorate program) or recent graduates and have a
       background in industrial organizational psychology, human resources, business, or a related field
      Have skill in analyzing data using SPSS and/or Microsoft Excel

Internships are paid and are an excellent opportunity to acquire hands-on consulting experience.
