2004-2005 R.E. Registration
Registration for next year’s R.E. classes will begin in mid
May and will continue throughout the summer. If you or
someone you know would like to be added to our
registration mail out please call the R.E. Office at 948-
1383.
Vacation Bible School will be held the week of June 21-25
from 9:00 a.m. until noon at the school. The theme this
year is Lava Lava Island and
promises to be another fun week!
Registration forms are available at the parish office and
will be sent home with Sunday R.E. students next week.
The cost remains the same as previous years- $10.00 for
one child and $5.00 for each additional child in the same
household. VBS is for children entering Kindergarten
through the sixth grade in the Fall. Adult and teenage
helpers are still needed. Call the R.E. Office for more
information or to volunteer.

Our third blood drive of 2004 will be on
Sunday, May 23, in Ulm Hall from 9:00
a.m. until 1:30 p.m. The twenty-third is
th
eight weeks since our last drive on March 28 so all those
who donated at that time will be eligible to give blood
again on the twenty-third. The sign-up date for the drive is
next weekend, Saturday, May 15, and Sunday May 16, at
all the Masses. Please be sure to register on the sign-up
sheet if you are planning to donate so that the Blood
Center can more accurately estimate the number of staff
needed. Also, please be sure to bring a picture I.D.
because each donor will be required to show one. During

our last blood drive, March 28 , we received 57 donations
from 60 donors. Thank you all! Not only did these
generous donors give blood but many agreed to name as
their beneficiaries people in the parish who cannot give
blood for themselves. If you would like to have blood
coverage but are unable to donate yourself, please call the
Parish Office.
