                      Landmark Credit Union

                             Promotes three

        Landmark Credit Union has promoted Robert Bruemmer, Jay Magulski

and David Powers to three newly created positions. Bruemmer was promoted to

Executive Vice President, with responsibilities to include oversight of

Information Systems, Consumer Lending, Mortgage Lending and Facilities.

        Bob began his career with Landmark in 1987 as a Collector/Loan Officer.

He was promoted to Supervisor of Indirect Lending in 1988. In 1989,

management of Information Systems was added to his responsibility. While

maintaining his position as the manager of IS, Bob was promoted to Branch

Manager and served the New Berlin branch in 1991, and the Waukesha branch in

         Bob was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Information Systems in

1994 and Vice President in 1998. He became Senior Vice President in 2003.

Landmark President, Ron Kase said, “I am pleased to announce the promotion of

Bob Bruemmer in recognition of his leadership and years of exemplary service to

Landmark.” Bob earned his BBA and MBA from the University of Wisconsin,


         Jay Magulski was promoted to Chief Operations Officer. He joined

Landmark in 2002 as Vice President of Business Development and Training. His

responsibilities will include oversight of the Business Department, Branch

Operations, Member Service, Marketing and Training.

         Prior to joining Landmark, Jay was employed at US Bank from 1986 to

2002. He held positions of District Manager, Retail Banking Group from 1999 to

2002, Market Research & Channel Manager, Marketing Group, from 1997 to 1999

and Relationship Manager, HR-Training & Development, from 1993 to 1996. He

held positions of Branch Manager, Firstar Home Mortgage from 1991 to 1993,

Bank Manager, Community Banking Group, from 1986 to 1991.

         “Jay brought Landmark a great deal of expertise in several key areas, and

we are pleased to reward his outstanding contribution,” said President, Ron Kase.

Jay earned a BBA and MBA degrees from the University of Wisconsin –

         David Powers was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. His

responsibilities will include oversight of Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit and

Purchasing. David joined Landmark in February 1999 as Assistant Vice President

– Audit and Finance. He left Landmark in 2000 to live in Ireland, where he

worked at CNH Capital Europe. He returned to the United States in 2002 and re-

joined Landmark as Vice President – Finance. He was promoted to Senior Vice

President - Finance in 2006.

         Prior to joining Landmark, David held the position of Vice President –

Audit at Educators Credit Union from 1997 to 1999, Commercial Underwriter at

the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority from 1994 to

1997, and Financial Examiner at the Office of the Commissioner of Banking in

Madison from 1990 to 1994.

         “Dave’s progression at Landmark reflects his excellent performance in

financial planning and analysis at Landmark,” said Ron Kase, Landmark

President. Dave received his BBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison

and his MBA from Trinity College Dublin, Dublin, Ireland.

         Landmark Credit Union serves southeastern Wisconsin with 12 offices

and is the largest credit union in the state, with $1.05 billion in assets, 125,000

members and 306 employees.
