          for the following four student levels: first-professional (Part A), upper-division undergraduate (Part B),
          degree-seeking graduate (Part B), and degree-seeking at less-than-the-bachelor's level (Part C).

When To Count Enrollments:
Enrollments should be reported as of the institution's official fall reporting date, but no later than October 15th.

Who To Include In This Report:

Note that all of these student levels specify (or imply) that the students must be degree-seeking.

Any students who have been categorized as Non-Degree-Seeking should not be counted on this survey.
In order for a student to be matriculated into a program major, he or she must be classified as degree-seeking.
