Time Management Tools
In addition to your school agenda these tools can help you organize your time to reduce
stress and take control of your busy life. It is not hard if you do just a little advanced
planning and thinking. Try it, you will be surprised the difference it makes in your life.
Step 1: Evaluate how you currently spend your time. Fill in the time monitor based on
what you do during a typical day and a typical week.

Step 2: Once you know how you spend your time now it is time to work out a schedule for
your time. This will reduce the urge to procrastinate because you will see the consequence

Step 3: Now that you know what you normally do during the week, you now need to
prioritize what you will do during working periods to get things done. All you have to do is
create a to‐do list, read it, and judge which things are most important. The most important
things are the things that you start with.
