                                        training facilities of provincial hospitals

                                     After nearly 14-years of civil strife in
                                     Liberia, which left the health care
                                     delivery system in ruins, there is a
                                     need for serious intervention. The
                                     Nursing College at Cuttington
                                     University is prepared to take the lead
                                     and there is no gainsaying of the fact
                                     that the College is making a robust
                                     impact in the health sector of Liberia.
                                     Over the years and even now, the
                                     College continues to produce most of
                                     the needed qualified medical
                                     personnel to meet the Country’s
                                     demands. This is especially so as the
                                     health care delivery system is lacking
                                     in several ways.
