The most important things that one should pay a special attention to is the organization of the
compare and contrast report. Actually, I need an essay and sample academic essay writing that
presupposes comparison of two issues has the similar structure. So, the following advice will be useful not
only for the report writing.

                                                     Organization.

As you know, Compare and contrast report writing presupposes comparison of two thing, ideas or
phenomena. There are three ways of organization of the compare and contrast report:

        1. Block organization of the compare and contrast report. Such report usually consists of
three blocks. In the first one, one should describe one of the items. In the second block, the second item is
compared to the first one considering all the points from the first block. And in the third block of the compare
and contrast report, one should indicate the most interesting parts of the comparison and indicate the
purpose of it.

        2. The second type of the compare and contrast report is the easiest one. One should
discuss the first item in the first paragraph and the second item in the second one. The third paragraph is
devoted to the conclusion of all the mentioned above.

        3. The third type of the compare and contrast report is the most detailed one. Students
should outline the key ideas and discuss each of them in a separate paragraph.

Bear in mind that whatever the type of the compare and contrast report you are going to write, the
introductory part with a strong thesis statement and the conclusion are necessary.
