NB - The TBA/ROA Free Leasing Scheme has been devised to enable potential lessors and lessees to identify one another and establish contact. Neither Association accepts any responsibility for issues arising between the parties to a lease and both Associations strongly recommend that the terms of all leases are set out in a written agreement. Any costs incurred in having such an agreement drawn up will obviously have to be borne by either or both of the parties. Rachel Flynn of Taylor Vinters (01223 423444) and Justin Wadham of Edmondson Hall (01638 560556) respectively advise the TBA and ROA on a number of legal matters and, for those who do not have their own specialist advisers, are two solicitors who can provide assistance in drawing up Lease Agreements.
