SKOLKOVO Executive Education programme for top executives of companies who want to succeed in Russia
Message from the Deans

The mission of SKOLKOVO is to develop and grow entrepreneurial leaders for fast–moving
economies. Our priority focus in research and education has been on India, China and our
home base Russia.

Russia is a dynamic environment with enormous opportunities, and foreign companies can
and will play a role in the development of these opportunities. As a number of pioneering
companies have already witnessed, Russia has a lot to offer in virtually every corner of its
booming economy. But as in any market, the Russian environment and business culture
can offer even the most seasoned global companies some challenges. Using our insider
status and our deep understanding of Russia, we have developed unique insights into how
foreign companies can and should operate in Russia to gain the traction and momentum
needed to succeed.

The programme is built around our extensive experience and expertise and brings together
faculty and guest speakers to give foreign managers a grasp of the complexities and
dynamics of Russian business. We believe that our unique programme will accelerate the
success of foreign companies in Russia.
