    Leading enterpris e wide IT projects and programs in the US, Asia Pacific and Canada for
       centralization of infrastructure, services and optimization of core software offerings.
       Appointed as the Corporate IT liaison for all major projects in India and Canada.
       Conducted an enterprise wide analysis of IT infrastructure acquired during mergers.
       Cent ralized the inventory footprint allowing for business continuity / disaster recovery
       planning and execution strategies. Additional benefits recognized, the ability of the 53 IT
       shops to be able to determine skill set availability in other units, reducing the need to hire
       consultants to assist with technology challenges.
    Developed and implemented the Disaster Rec overy and Business Continuity Planning for
       FADV Corporat e IT and FA DV core Tier 1 business units across the enterprise which
       was successfully tested.
    Managed document imaging projects using OnBase as the primary proc essing plat form
       using an EMC Centera as storage. These projects positively impacted multiple
       organizations across the enterprise to reduce paper storage and increase the efficiency
       of each organization.
    Managed the migration of VB and Java based background screening software from a
       legacy FADV company to a new Canadian acquisition. The soft ware package required
       major modifications to be compliant wit h Canadian data standards for screening, billing
       and reporting.
    Managed data center consolidations and migrations to a centralized services platform
       based out of Indianapolis as the corporate data center hub.
    Developed and delivered project management training to Corporate IT and Business
       project managers.
    Participated in developing FADV’s project lifecycle from an immature model to a robust

            specifically, Compaq, Planview, SUN, EMC, Microsoft, GCA and Lucent
            Technologies.

           Project Manager for the development and rollout of the IT Systems Development

            software that resulted in reduced cycle time and defects released to production.

            centralized solution for mass storage and the centralization of core business

             Led a team of 32 engineers across 3 lines of business for a Net work
              Management S ervices initiative which included upgrades to hardware and
              software as well as the complete restructuring of the network backbone reducing
              risks of network outages.
             Managed an enterprise wide rollout of Sales Force Automation software that
              required hardware replacement for 1100 client machines at 43 remote office
              locations throughout the United States.
             Managed multiple e-commerce solutions that reduc ed billing and true-up cycle
              time for provisioning across multiple lines of business resulting in an expense
              save of 22 million per year.
     Software Development
             Java based solutions for tracking access to the DMS 500 switch net work.
             Development of an automated Switch Provisioning System, which closed a billing
              revenue gap of $5, 000, 000 per month by automatically configuring changes at
              the switch level that could be immediately yield billable revenue.
             Cons olidation software project for integration of the Network Operations Center
              applications resulting in reduced head c ount and increased efficiency in
              productivity for customer switch provisioning.
             Managed an enterpris e wide server implement ation of BMC soft ware for
              performance and c apacity monit oring on NT, Unix and AS400 platforms (OS and
              database)
             Managed the migration of accounting systems from companies acquired by
              Intermedia.

     Supported technical projects dealing with data collection, customer billing solutions, T1
        connectivity, cross-plat form integration; LAN/WAN, firewall security; Hardware

Law Enforcement                    Pasco County Sheriff’ s Department FL 1984 – 1998
As a Deputy Sheriff for the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, Jim served in Patrol Operations,
Tactical Operations, K-9 and Lat ent Investigations as a Property and White Collar / Cyber Crimes
Detective.
     Major case detective and supervisor within the Criminal Investigation Bureau charged
         with investigating fraud and comput er related crimes.
     Managed software development projects that reduced fraud and theft det ection cycle
        time by integrating automated pawn reporting with the county’s AS400 core system.
     Additional software projects included developing soft ware that interfaced wit h leading
        Tampa Bay area banks to detect and warn of fraudulent activity in a near real time
        environment (First Union and Nations Bank ).
     Served on multi-jurisdictional task forces that include but are not limited to: cross border
        interdiction, dignitary protection, drug interdiction, training a contingent of law
        enforcement officers from London’s Metropolitan Police on effective drug interdiction and
        gang enforcement techniques, white collar task forces, maritime law enforc ement and
        disaster relief and security operations for Hurricane Andrew .
