  G 191 Incident Command System/ Emergency Operations Center
                     (ICS/EOC) Interface

                        DATES & TIME: May 28, 2009 [8:00AM – 5:00PM]

COURSE GOALS: This 1-day workshop provides an opportunity for participants to begin developing
an ICS/EOC interface for their community. The course reviews ICS and EOC responsibilities and functions
and depends heavily on exercises and group discussions to formulate the interface.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Members from the Emergency Management System to include but not be
limited to: Law Enforcement, Fire Service, Hazardous Material, Public Health, Public Works,
Emergency Management, Emergency Medical System, Government Administration, Campus Safety
Officials and Non-Governmental Organizations. This 1-day course works best when delivered to
Incident Command System and Emergency Operations Center personnel from the same community.

PREREQUISITES REQUIRED: FEMA Independent Study Courses; IS-700 NIMS; and IS-100a,
Introduction to Incident Command System, Recommended IS 200 for Single Resources and Initial
Action Incidents
Copies of all successful completion certificates for pre-requisites are required prior to acceptance into
this course. Please provide with registration form.

COST & PER-DIEM: There is no cost for registered participants and course materials are provided.
Mileage reimbursement for use of non-governmental/program vehicles and per diem available to
eligible New Mexico resident applicants (Per Diem Info page).

REGISTRATION: Registration forms must be received by the DHSEM two weeks prior to the start
