NCAA men’s basketball tournament school research 2008
Objective: each student will research one of the 65 teams that make the 2008 NCAA men’s basketball tournament; the focus should be information about the school for reference when looking at post-high school education Format: each student will make power point slides of their randomly selected team following the format found on the following pages
This is last year’s bracket (2007).
You will be assigned a region and a seed. Selection Sunday is March 16. You can determine your assigned school by watching TV, going online, or reading the newspaper.
Directions: Using your assigned school, follow this template but remove this box in final slide. Do not add a background but add pictures (remove the examples). Try to limit information to the two slides, but 3 slides maximum. Make information reader friendly and use at least 2 sources for information. Graded on submission on time and readable and accuracy and quality of information. Do not use the new version of power point (whatever that is— 2007?)
