addresses, in the city of Memphis, that can be selected by the user.

From the MPD website: “CyberWatch is being developed by the Memphis Police
Department as part of our continuing effort to make our neighborhoods safer. It will
provide useful information about public safety and additional ways for the public to
communicate with police. Currently, CyberWatch is available to community
organizations, which in turn distribute the information to their members. CyberWatch
allows users to select a reporting radius based on either an address or an intersection, and
receive a CyberWatch report via daily email. At present, CyberWatch provides a daily
report with information in three areas:
Reported Crimes within the defined radius for the past 30 days including:
suspect information and
method of operation used in selected crimes
Sex Offender reported as living within the selected radius, with a link to:
photos and
the state Sex Offender Registry
Outstanding arrest warrants within the selected radius, with links to:
the Shelby County Sheriff's warrant information website for citizen’s to
provide tips about wanted individuals and
photos of the wanted party.”

organizations, like Neighborhood Watch, block clubs, community development

and photographs of missing children in Tennessee. A click on the photograph will
display a printable poster of the child as well as further details on he child’s case. There
is a link “Have You Spotted a Missing Child” which provides information on what to do
if you have spotted a missing child and which provides toll-free number to call: 1-800-
TBI-Find. There is also a link to Tennessee’s Amber Alert web page. From the page:
“Tennessee’s AMBER ALERT is a statewide program that partners the State’s law
enforcement community, media broadcasting agencies and the public in locating
abducted children.” When an Amber Alert is activated the child’s picture and necessary
information will be posted on this web page.
