• You are responsible for booking and paying for your flights, hotels tranfers & race tickets • Special Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking • Please note that tickets are subject to the Cancellation Policy • The Motorsport Industry Association reserves the right to alter arrangements as described due to unforeseen circumstances
Cancellation Policy
Should you find it necessary to cancel your Visit, the following sliding scale of charges will apply to the full ticket price. Cancellation 60 days or more prior to the event 50% payment of the full ticket price Cancellation 30 days to 59 days prior to the event 75% payment of the full ticket price Cancellation 29 days prior to the event Full payment required
Deposit
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £300 is required on receipt of your registration form and the remaining balance is required by 5pm on Monday 5th May 2008. If we do not receive the balance on this date we will assume you have cancelled your ticket and will no longer wish to take part in this Business Development Visit.
