What new classes might we offer in these program areas? Who might be the target audience for global business programs? How can we grow our global business programs? How can we better communicate this career path? Group 3 – Purchasing What are the job opportunities? Should the name of program be purchasing or supply chain management? Do classes in the certificate program target the correct skill set? What new classes might we offer in these program areas? What are some ways we might grow this program? Green supply chain management? Group 4 – Marketing What are the entry level job opportunities? How can we grow our marketing certificate programs (i.e. increase # of certificates awarded?) What new classes might we offer in these program areas? Does Marketing Communications Specialist Certificate program target correct skill set? How can we increase employer participation in our marcom internship class? What are the new opportunities relating to social media marketing? Group 5 – CORE Skills Do these certificate programs provide valuable skills? Will they help students get jobs (i.e. good resume material)?
