to facilitate and deliver trend evaluations and presentations, gap analysis, style guides, design
drawings, manufacturing intent (CAD) files. Guided team of managers and specialists across
trend and design disciplines. Worked closely with merchandising, research, sourcing, brand
management, marketing, packaging, and store environment teams for holistic assortment
planning and product development. Developed business case and added sufficient headcount
to manage substantial workload demand, including year-round internship for students.
Facilitated efforts with 3rd party design agencies for design support when needed. Developed
process and planning with goal to link design deliverables (and resource expenditure) to in-
store performance for ROI evaluation. Managed group financials including budget planning,
forecasting, reconciliations, and variances. Position included international travel, group

hardware. Group of companies includes of Belwith International, Belwith-Keeler, Keeler
Brass Company, Period Brass, Wright Products, Madico. Products include cabinet and
furniture hardware, builder’s hardware, auxiliary security hardware, bath hardware, casters, and
architectural door hardware. Design and marketing functions focused on business
development, with the position reporting to the President. Part of restructuring team which
overhauled all corporate divisions, restructured and repositioned brands. Established and
rebuilt marketing department to support matrix based company model. This included market
channel managers, merchandising coordinator, graphics coordinator, and support staff.

furniture, office, and cabinet applications. Responsibilities included development of

margins, merchandising, all elements of collateral creation, actively managing program
