General Instructions:
The DAU Course Objective Crosswalk is the third part of your equivalency evaluatino and is critical to
effectively review your request. Remember, it will be loaded on your CD within the folder:
“A – RR, IQ, CR & Recommendation”
Please follow the crosswalk construction steps below for each course submitted for DAU equivalency
evaluation.
All cells through row 50 have been preformatted so that text will appear at the top of the cell and justified
left or centered depending on the data requested.
All cells have been set to wrap text.
The font has been set at Arial Narrow, 8 point
A footer has been preset to x of x pages
The current DAU objectives are included in the template.
Upon completion of the review, the template, complete with reviewer comments, will be made available for
 the provider.
When complete, electronically load the crosswalk to a CD using the following naming convention:
(date ) (name of provider ) – (DAU course code ) – CR. Example: 080822 - Calhoun University - CR

Crosswalk Construction:
1. Fill in the Provider Name, the Submission Date, the DAU Course ID / Name, and the Provider's Product
ID /Name on the green tab labeled 'Crosswalk'.

2. Complete the required information to document where and how each of the learning objectives are met.
*For each DAU objective, list the Provider Associated Objective(s) in Column 1. If the product is an
examination, list the question(s). When listing more than one provider objective/question, add a row for
each. When adding rows, copy/paste or insert from within the template to retain the formating.

*For Course Equivalent Products (Objectives): In the columns that follow each provider objective, insert
the code for the instructional methodologies employed, column 2. You can find these codes by toggling over
the column header. Then for the location of the objective, columns 3-5, list the document file name and in (
)'s following the name, direct the reviewer to where in the file the information is located. If the material is not
captured in a particular set of files, then insert "N/A." When inserting the file name, you need not include the
6 digit date of submission part of the file name.
*For Examination Equivalent Products (Questions): In the columns that follow each provider question,
insert "N/A" for the instructional methodologies employed, column 2. Then for the location of the objective,
columns 3-5, list the document file name and in ( )'s following the name, direct the reviewer to where in the
file the information is located. If the material is not captured in a particular set of files, then insert "N/A".
When inserting the file name, you need not include the 6 digit date of submission part of the file name. In
most cases, "N/A" would likely be inserted for column 3 and depending on the construct of the examination,
in column 4.
